Return of unwanted / non faulty goods
Goods purchased from our website that you do not want can be returned as long as
you contact us within 7 days of taking delivery via phone on +44 (0) 1708 442
748. Goods should be returned enclosed in their original packaging
otherwise we are not able to offer a refund. You will be responsible for the return
of the item(s) until received. Goods should be returned to;

You will be responsible for the cost of return and the amount paid by us by the
original delivery of the goods. This amount will be deducted from the refund due.
Funds will be credited to you by the original method used when purchased, please
allow 30 days for refunds to be issued.
Return of faulty goods
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first
14 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund, despatch new goods
or have the good repaired. Damages caused by in-proper use or maintenance will be
not accepted.
A refund or new good can not be carried out until the faulty goods have been received
back and tested. Please contact us before you return any goods you believe are faulty,
as some problems can be rectified without the need to return the product. Please
enclose your order reference, contact details and a short description of any fault.
